My Path to Nutritional Therapy

I’m a Registered Nurse turned Nutritional Therapist, a path shaped not just by education, but by personal experience. After facing my own health challenges—including endometriosis, candida overgrowth, food allergies, and anxiety—I began to see firsthand how deeply nutrition and lifestyle impact overall well-being. What started as a search for answers became a true passion for helping others reclaim their health.

As a mom of two children with food allergies, I understand the daily realities of navigating dietary restrictions while still creating a balanced, nourishing lifestyle. This journey has made my approach both practical and compassionate—I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, and I’m here to simplify the process.

I’m endlessly curious when it comes to health and wellness—you’ll often find me diving into the latest research, reading, and learning so I can better support those I work with.
